(c.1840). . 8vo., pp.200, half red morocco, gilt, maroon cloth boards; lacks title page and last page of tables, paper repairs to lower corners of Dedication page and first leaf of Preface, Dedication page plus lower corners of first few leaves with surface soiling, foxing to fore-edges, with occasional foxing and light surface soil throughout, light wear to extremities of leather, o/w very good. [The Dedication page is to Colby, suggesting an early printing, probably the third or fourth edition.]
