Hardback. University of London Press, 1936. Hardback with dj. 'Tales for Jack and Jane by Elizabeth Clark. The book is a First edition first print. A lovely copy all round. Dj is very good -in neat order all round, carefully looked after. Price clipped and little dusty but otherwise very good with price of 4/- to spine. Contents bear stamp - 'Publisher's Copy' otherwise clean and unmarked. Illustrator is Nina K Brisley who along with her sisters, was a childrens book artist. Nina K Brisley illustrated the 'Chalet School' books which were written by Elinor Brent Dyer. . Not ex lib etc. Packed and posted with care.
