Hardcover, no dustjacket, illustrated cloth, a very well-preserved copy of this fictionalized account of life in a lumber camp, illustrated with numerous photos and line drawings, this copy has three minor flaws which do not detract much at all from its fine appearance: the background color on the spine is a slightly different shade than the covers and the outer page-edge and blank end-papers have mild tanning, the binding is clean and tight and the contents are fine .
