Estes & Lauriat, Boston, 1894. This is a gorgeous book in green and white cloth with elaborate gilt and green cover and spine decoration. The backstrip is soiled and darkened, the back cover is also somewhat soiled. Binding is firm , pages crisp and clean: about GOOD to GOOD PLUS condition. Top edge gilt with ribbon bookmark bound in. This edition has 10 illustrations, of which 6 are actual etchings. Four from art by J. Le Blant, 1 by GEORGE CRUIKSHANK, and 1 by Herbert Dicksee. 468pp. Glossary.. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket.
