About This Item
Preservation Society, 2009. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/No Jacket. Comb bound with illustrated hard covers. 2009. A publication of the Fell's Point Preservation Society, collecting close to 300 recipes in a variety of categories: libations, appetizers, soups and stews, salads and dressings, seafood, poultry, meats, vegetables and sides, sauces and gravies, breads, desserts, and cookies and candy. "A Collection of Recipes From Residents, Friends and Restaurants of Fell's Point, Baltimore, Maryland". Fell's Point and Baltimore have a long history as a port on the Chesapeake Bay, so the seafood recipes collected here are particularly strong. Features three separate crab cake recipes (!), including Senator Barbara Mikulski's favorite.
