Hardcover with dust jacket. One of 750 numbered copies bound in cloth and printed at Athoensen Press. Autographed by the authors. Jacket is lightly worn at the edges with some soiling to the covers. Otherwise in very good condition. Binding is gently shelf-worn. Interior is clean, bright and free of stray markings, save for the authors' signatures on the first free end-paper. Overall, a very good copy.
