London: William P. Nimmo, 1877. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Reprint. Small 4to. Portrait frontispiece with tissue guard, letterpress title page. Original, handsome dark green cloth binding, bevelled edges to boards, gilt lettering and decoration to the spine, very good with a little general wear and rubbing, gilt decoration and lettering all bright. Top edge gilt. Contents clean and tight, orignal brown end papers, no inscriptions, occasional spotting to first and last few pages. A very good copy. Nimmo's Standard Library edition. (Reprint of the Tatler from Issue number 1 Tuesday April 12th 1709 until Issue number 271 Tuesday January 2nd 1710 and The Guardian Issue number 1 Thursday March 12th 1713 through to number 175 Thursday October 1st 1713).
