First printing. 221 pp., frontis ill. plus about 15 illustrations, index, octavo, blue cloth with gilt titles. Text has small, neat owner's stamp on ffep, no other owner's marks, no wear or fading to cloth or titles, hinges tight. Only flaw to text is some foxing, mostly to the edges of the text block, but also some minor effects on a few of the leaves. Rare, and very fragile, dustjacket is not price-clipped.
