Detroit: Singing Tree Press, 1970. Hardcover, black pictorial cloth stamped in gold, with large gold borders on upper cover, enclosing image of Boston Tea Party. Title letered in gold on both spine and front cover. 375pp. Illustrated with map endpapers, portraits and frontispiece depicting the destruction of tea in Boston harbor, 1773. Second edition, facsimile reprint of the original edition of 1884 publishedin Boston by A.O. Crane. Recently re-issued by Kessinger Publishing in 2007 in print-on demand format only.. Small return address label of previous owner affixed inside front cover, else no marking, writing, or book-plate. There are currently no copies of the second edition for sale online. An exceedingly scarce title in both the 1884 and 1970 pirintings, this copy is in fine condition.. First Thus. Decorative Cloth. Fine/Not Issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
