Dust jacket has some chipping with minor loss, edge wear, and two large scuffs on the front; now in new removable protective cover. Rose tweed boards with black print on front and spine. Pages are clean and unmarked, except for rusty paperclip stain on the two pages before the title page. Grosset and Dunlap hard cover with dust jacket, copyright 1952 by Lantern Press; Grosset and Dunlap edition 1954, printing c. 1958. 254 pages, cover art by Frank Vaughn. 8vo (5.5"" x 8.5"") Many interior black and white line drawings, by Charles H. Geer. Teen-Age Library #26. Printing at least 1958 due to the presence of Teen-Age Science Fiction Stories (published 1958) in the list of books in the series opposite the title page, and on the rear of the dust jacket. 11 stories, originally published in such magazines as Boys Life. Reprint of anthology first published by Lantern Press.
