Scraping along joints. Gilt title on spine is still somewhat bright. Light stains on front board. Age-toned pages. Pages are rough cut on fore edge and bottom. Gilt on upper pages is dull and faded. Tissue guard is present and untorn. Ink of frontispiece has transferred to tissue. A name stamped under design on front paste down. Darkened rear end page. Binding is sound. Ribbon bookmark is frayed at ends. 154 pages.
