London: John Lane The Bodley Head, 1922. First edition 1922. With 31 black and white illustrations of dogs typical for their specific terrier breed. Worn but sound book in green cloth with gilt spine lettering, no dustjacket. Spine faded to greenish brown, chips to spoine ends, two inch surface (not structural) separation of cloth at the lower front joint, good hinges, text block sound but not tight, plates very good, pages age-toned with some occasional age-speckling, name and 1922 date neatly written at top of front free endpaper, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
