Schocken Books / BOMC, 1987. Softcover. "Library of Yiddish Classics'. 8vo. 309 pages, including Glossary and Notes. Black lettering and designs on pale beige covers. Photo of Author on back cover. Text and interior are marked very good throughout. Despite a 'discarded' stamp on f.e.p., small ex-lib band on spine, and 'not for resale' on top edge, the book itself is quite readable. The extensive introduction (ix - xli), adds much to the material, including the comical translation of the author's nom de plume.
