Includes folded prospectus with notice of delay and a copy of Plate 13 laid in, which is Thomas Malton's University College from the High Street, Oxford, 1802. Some light rubbing to spine ends with some rubbing to tail of boards. Interior is clean and unmarked. Binding firm. Some light, uneven toning to front of prospectus, with a light crease along fore edge.
