London: Her majesty's Stationery Office, 1966. Sixth impression (hardback). 8vo (25cm by 16cm), vii, 139pp. Original blue cloth, dustwrapper. There is some foxing of the endpapers, and an ownership stamp to the front free endpaper; otherwise, the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is in near-VG condition (short closed tear to the front panel).
