Signed by the author: INSCRIBED to Elizabeth Marshall (Thomas), with all good wishes. 1/2" tear, some edgewear to DJ. In mylar. Anthropologist/naturalist/selectboard member Elizabeth Marshall Thomas recently donated a number of books to a Peterborough NH fund-raising book sale. A copy of the flier for this sale is laid in. Don't know if there was any other contact between the two. Marshall Thomas' book on the Kalahari Bushmen was published in 1959. .
