Reviews
Arguably the most glamorous and glamourized military branch of the Western Allies, the Airborne troopers fought in all the major American campaigns from North Africa to the final battles in Germany.
"Those Devils in Baggy Pants" helps tell the story from the airborne trooper's viewpoint both good and bad. His unit suffered heavy casualties (as did many of the infantry units that did the ground fighting in World War II), but he and a few companions survived to tell the tale.
