Hardcover. xvii, 77p., 10.5x14 inches, color frontis, rubricated title page, preface, glossary, references, index, illustrated with13 color plates and two large folding maps, very good first edition thus limited to 5000 copies bound in white cloth boards and gilt, and a white dj printed in black and red (this dj is somewhat soiled and has short tears at the heel).
