About This Item
London: Faber and Faber, 1949. First. Hardcover. Near fine/Good minus. The third novel in C. P. Snow's monumental Strangers and Brothers series, but first in the series' narrative chronology. Near fine in orange cloth with gilt titles on the spine. The gilt has some fading and slight bumping at the corners, but otherwise no marks or damage. The clipped DJ shows a bit of soiling and chipping at the edges. The lower 2" of the jacket spine is missing. FO.
