T. Nelson and Sons. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1920. Hardcover. Green hardboards / gilt lettering on the spine / Nelson blind imprint on the cover. No date, but around the 1920's. Spine ends have light bumping, previous owner's name stamped on front free end-paper. The pages are browned around the edges. The text is clean and the cover has some rubbing, but it is in very good condition. "The Toilers of the Sea tells of the reclusive Guernsey fisherman Gilliatt, who salvages the engines of a wrecked ship by performing great feats of engineering, matching wits with sea and storm, and doing battle with a great sea monster - all to win the hand of a shipowner's daughter." ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 473 pages .
