New York: Grosset & Dunlap. Very Good in Very Good- dust jacket. 1954. Hardcover. B&W Illustrations; 5 1/4 x 7 3/4 ; 208 pages; Title #1 in the 2d series of Tom Swift books. Hard cover is blue cloth with dark blue lettering on front and spine. Light rubbing, scuffing, bumping, edge wear to boards. Top edge blue, small stain on side of text block. Blue and white monochrome endpapers. Pages are clean and tight. DJ has rubbing, scuffing, bumping, shelf wear, some nicks and tears along edges; in a mylar cover. Illustrated with b/w pictures. Tom Swift and his father travel to a South American country in their flying space lab to look for uranium and keep it from falling into the hands of a group of dangerous rebels. .
