Roughly translated into English as "The Atlas of the Female Uterus--With Special Consideration of the Pathological Conditions and Gynecological Operations". The 1901 1st edition, published out of Vienna and Leipzig. Clean, solid and VG in its gray boards, with very light wear at the tips and spine ends. Includes 32 detailed --and remarkable-- chromolithographs at the rectos and corresponding text at the versos by Drs.Tandler and Halban. Undoubtedly, this folio atlas was the most graphic and comprehensive study of this subject to date and even now, over 110 years later, still impresses for its artistry.
