The Yugoslavian grand master Vasja Pirc captured first place with a score of 6 1/2 points, followed closely by Efim Bogoljubov one half point behind. Georg Kieninger was clear third with 5 1/2 points. Tied for fourth and fifth were Erich Eliskases and Herbert Heinicke both with 5 points. Josef Lokvenc and Alexander Petrov were half point behind and shared sixth and seventh. Clear eighth was Friedrich Sämisch with a score of 4. Closing out were Kurt Richter and August Georg Preusse in the last two places respectively.
Condition:
Some sunning to extremities and spine, spine ends lightly chipped else a very good copy.
