The first half of Total Health: The Next Level explains his antimeat philosophy and how bypassing meat, eggs, and milk will make you leaner and healthier. There's a small section on exercise, and then Burwash goes back to his meat-does-a-body-bad argument, including in the discussion the world's ecology and universal morality. He's preaching to the choir, of course; it's hard to imagine many burger-eaters picking this one up, but the choir should enjoy the breadth and passion of his position.
