Detective and retired Shakespearean actur Drury Lane joins forces with NYPD Inspector Thumm to "investigate the murder of the much-despised stockbroker Harley Longstreet on a passenger-jammed crosstown trolley by means of a ball of cork riddle with poison-tipped needles.
