1929 hardcover as pictured. An interesting early 20th century look at the cultures and customs of various countries of southeast asia from a western perspective during a trip whose object was hunting tigers. Binding is firm. Green cloth boards with gold stamping are faded over spine but show little shelf wear. Endpapers with maps of southeast asia are foxed. Rough cut text block is age tanned but appears otherwise clean and unmarked. Includes over thirty pages of b&w photographs. No dust jacket.
