Synopsis

Transfer of Power is a novel by Vince Flynn. In it, an Islamic fundamentalist group attacks and seizes control of the White House and takes 76 hostages. The story follows the main character, Mitch Rapp, a CIA operative. There are many characters from Vince Flynn's First book "Term Limits", but this is the first novel that Mitch Rapp appears. We initially meet Rapp as he works with a SEAL team to capture a terrorist that had clues to finding a terrorist that Rapp had been after for 10 years.
