The Folio Society, 2000. Hardcover. Good. 2000. 266 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Silver pictorial boards with black lettering. Grey slipcase. Pages are in good condition with a firm binding. Light tanning to endpapers and page edges. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Slip case is scuffed in places with minor shelf wear to edges and corners.
