Frontispiece, marbled endpapers, sewn-in tan satin page marker. Fine. Alan M. Dershowitz introduces this "special edition" facsimile reprint of the 1937 first edition (Garden City: Doubleday, Doran & Company), a volume in "The Notable Trials Library." Also seen in black calf, though no priority established.
