About This Item

Houghton Mifflin, 1952. Limited Edition. Wraps. Very Good. From the library of poet/academic William Matchett with his signature and date to the half title, as well as noting that this book was given to him by Howard Mumford Jones, dated January 1952. Matchett was at the time a teaching assistant in MacLeish's famed poetry class. Limited edition, and the first publication of this play. Moderate soiling to the wraps, else a nice clean copy (jacket is not torn or chipped).
