A limited edition numbered 211/400 copies and signed on the colophon page by the editor and translator. Original plain rust-colored dust jacket with sunning, light soil, and edge wear including a half-inch tear. Patterned paper boards with black cloth spine and pasted on title label. This was the first publication of the DeGolyer Library, with a foreword by Clifton Jones, and was designed by David Holman. The Tejano viewpoint of Mexican Texas is given in the San Antonio Representacion (petition) , noting the need for reforms. ; 11 1/4" x 7 3/4"; 60 pp .
