Entertaining story of some famous fishermen and women through the ages from the ancient Egyptians and Greeks, through 15ht century Dame Juliana, Mister and Mistress Izaak Walton. Beatrice Cook was herself a devoted and intrepid lady angler--who noted that her kids were brought up in a rowboat--and author other delightful. lighthearted books such as "Till Fish Do Us Part" and "More Fish To Fry
