About This Item
Cambridge: The University Press of Virginia, 1903. This is a very good hardcover copy in the original dark green cloth covers, title in gilt on the spine, and ruled covers. A touch of wear to the spine tips, but no marks to the covers. Very clean inside as well, but this copy formerly belonged to a major museum of natural history and has one handstamp inside the front cover. After it was de-accessioned it was in the collection of a well known American scientist and has his bookplate on the front endpaper and signed by him on that plate. Main text in Latin with English version on facing page. Some foxing to endpapers.9" high X 6" wide, 223 pages. . Hard Cover. Very Good.
