About This Item

Berkeley: Counterpoint, 2012. First Printing. Hardcover. Very good/very good. Publisher's boards in dust jacket, very good, front flyleaf has small abrasion, perhaps from price sticker removal. Inscribed to poet Gerald Stern (d. 2023), "Great poet & great friend" and signed. Also with note, "Dear Jerry, Please let me know if you got this. I have sent it once before & also had the publisher send one. Welcome back to the North. Lynne." The two met and befriended each other in the late 1970s at the Iowa Writers' Conference.
