Cannon strongly urging him to go out to San Francisco to work with Lundberg (head of the Sailors Union of the Pacific & Seafarers International Union of North America), includes discussion of logistics. Notes that "The essential point is: whoever is sent to the Coast must have the IMMEDIATE respect and trust of the NON PARTY trade unionists.
