A good slightly handled copy with some darkening to the endpapers, a bit of shelf wear and a very faint mark to the cloth at the bottom of the front board in a well-handled dust jacket with a 3” piece to the bottom of the spine some small chips and tears and some dust soiling.

Wodehouse, first published in the United States on August 18 1939 by Doubleday Doran, New York, and in the United Kingdom on August 25 1939 by Herbert Jenkins, London. It is set at the idyllic Blandings Castle, home of Clarence, Earl of Emsworth, the fifth full-length novel to be set there.
