Very Good in a Near Fine jacket, unclipped ($2.00), lightly toned and soiled, a tear at the front spine fold. Blue buckram, toned at the spine and edges, bumped at the bottom corners. Square and firmly bound with a blue top stain, gift inscription on the front endpaper, clean otherwise. Farjeon's novel about mysterious underground noises near the sea.
