New York, N. Y.: Farrar, Straus & Company, 1948. Yellow boards, with green titles, the book has modest edge, corner wear, a tiny closed tear at top spine end. Endpapers have light foxing. Very light foxing to textblock edge. Dj leaves much to be desired with edge chipping all the way around up to about 1/4 inch and three edge tears up to one inch. Sun fading and damp stains to the spine, and light soil, foxing, rubs, creases and indentations otherwise. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good +/Fair. Illus. by Bill English Dust Cover . 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" Tall, 240 Pages.
