The first 3 books of this offering reprint the lead novels from the 3 magazines, while the 4th book reprints the various short stories which were also included in the magazines. Comments on each book follow (my highest rating is near fine, as no used book is perfect). # 1 has a faint reading crease, a tiny corner crease, a trace of edgewear, and is VG+ to near fine. # 2 has only modest marks and is near fine. # 3 has a faint reading crease and is near fine. Gemstone Publishing, 2006. 4 vols. in slipcase. Very Good in Good slipcase. Slipcase shows shelf and handling wear with rubbed corners, edge wear, and light soiling. Four volumes: Crime Illustrated (Adult Suspense Stories), Confession Illustrated (Adult Romances), Adult Tales of Terror Illustrated (Horror and Suspense), and Shock Illustrated (Adult Crime Stories). All four volumes show very minor shelf and handling wear to their covers with some minor abrasion to the spines as well. Interiors are all crisp, clean, and pristine with no marks. In the gutter of every volume in both the front and the back there is a long thin adhesive bleed-through from production. Overall a clean, solid set showing minimal signs of use.
