This is a first printing of the first edition, with the "First printed 1984" statement on the verso of the title page. The interior of the book is clean and fresh, with no marks, signatures, or use. The black covers are fresh, with minimal wear. The gilt spine lettering is still shiny. The dust jacket is price-clipped, but is otherwise in excellent condition, with no rips or wear. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover.
