Replete (and we do mean replete) w b&w photos of personages, boats, and riverine scenes. Condition notes: unclipped dj in mylar, very light wear; light wear to boards, spine ends rolled. Interior clean and bright. A marvelous record of steamboating on the Upper Mississippi (approx Illinois and north). We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).
