(1st) Large, heavy book, brown cloth with black title and editor embossed at top, frontispiece photo of Edward Steichen at his camera by Joanna Steichen. 215 pages, 26th edition of U.S. Camera. 8-page folio on children from McCall's Magazine, nudes by Robert Freson, and DeDienes, Richard Avedon's photos of John F. Kennedy and family, James Abbe and the Roaring Twenties, shot of Anita Eckberg. DJ illustrated with 18 small photos including JFK, Sandburg, Eckberg, Steichen and more. DJ has very slight surface wear to tips, microtear at top front middle edge, very tiny nick at bottom front near tip, micronick at spine bottom right edge, very tiny tear at top back along with light creases nearby. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
