Book Condition: Good; staining on bottom of boards from old mylar cover; sunfading of tops of boards. DJ: Good; closed tears to bottom of flaps; slight chipping to cover at head and heel; sunfading of bottom of cover on spine. Blue cloth boards and spine with bright black lettering on spine. 256 pp. The author examines the current military policy of the United States as it emanates from the various branches of government mostly as it regards the air policy and how it impacts the Air Force. A very presentable copy in better shape than most ex-library books of its age. Great for reading/study/research. In Brodart mylar.
