U.S. Navy , Circa 1950. Very Good. Semaphore or flag signaling volvelle produced by the U.S. Navy.  Double sided with one side depicting the sender and the opposite showing the receiver.  Undated but the materials are typical to the mid 19th century. Near fine with some mild edgewear.
