Book is crisp and clean, with myriad pristine color and black-and-white plates depicting buildings and scenes in New York. Unclipped dust jacket is intact, with discrete tape repairs to closed tears on front and rear panels. There is also a parchment wrapper under the dust jacket. Stunning color plates and foldout pages. 271 pp. Including index. In protective Mylar. .
