Durban: South African Sugar Association, 1964. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fair/Good. Colour frontis. + 343pp. illus. with some short lines in the margins and very occasional marks to the text. Many fold-outs. The dw is a little chipped and rubbed at the edges and the back wrap is torn where it has adhered to the lower board. The book has been affected by damp and there is rippling to the later leaves becoming more pronounced at the appendices. No adhesion apart from the last two leaves which are stuck to the back pastedown not affecting any of the text. Good reading copy. Heavy volume.
