Well-researched historical fiction involving the Dutch East India Company and its tenuous foothold in closed-society Japan. Golden tan hardcover, map endpapers, color illustrated dustjacket. The book has minimal edge rubbing, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages, no other names or markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [3.00] and has only must a hint of edgewear, no chips.. Inscribed by The Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
