London: Herbert Jenkins, 1930. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Publisher's orange cloth with black lettering and decorations. Offsetting to both the front and rear end-papers, foxing to the page block edges, some fading to the extremities of the boards and a couple of small bumps overall a VG copy. In the RARE D/W priced 7/6 net to the spine (as called for). The D/W is the correct first issue. The D/W is spine-faded with minor chipping at the head and tail of the spine (not affecting any lettering) and with a few small nicks and tears. McIlvaine A42b. Scarce in the first issue D/W. Scans invited.
