The Author, 1995. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 281 pages (complete). Inscribed and signed by Thornton on the frontispage (dated: 7/16/95). Thornton was long time Fort Worth industrialist, philanthropist, and civic and community leader C. Victor Thornton, who served as president of Shriners International and President and Chairman of the Board  of Shriners Hospitals for Children. The boards have been marked by whitewash at some stage, to the bottom edges. The boards are otherwise benign and placid. The contents are amiable, convivial, clean, clear, familial, comfortable, neat. Please note that due to the weight of the book, should the book need be posted outside of South Africa, extra postal charges may be required. fk.
