Former owner's name stamped on top edges. Slightly rubbed, bumped corners, bumped head and foot, several faint scratches to the covers. 148pp., including index.. First Edition. Green Cloth. Good+. Illus. by Plates/Charts. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Hardcover.
